Department: e Commerce Platform Location: Indonesia Department: e Commerce Platform Location: Indonesia Job Description - In charge of Lazada Choice Indonesia brand/seller/merchants business development.- Recruit and operate merchants from main categories, including electronics, home appliance, home & garden, FMCG, cosmetics, sports etc.- Establish strong and long term relationships with local merchants and industry associations.- Formulate merchant recruiting strategy of certain category, expand various BD methods to drive merchant leads conversion, drive mutually beneficial programs with our strategic partners.- Responsible for category growth of local merchants, provide support for merchants business operations on Lazada, enable merchants to participate campaigns & promotions, guide & help merchants complete stocking and fulfillment as required. Job Requirements - 3 - 5 years relevant experience in brand or e-retailing industry.- Proven experiences in international business development. Knowledge of internet and e-commerce would be a plus.- Ability to think strategically and execute ability, strong goal orientation, ability to deliver results in a highly dynamic environment and business climate.- Fluent in English, knowledge of mandarin would be a plus.
